If you want to get your name out there, probably better to start with sponsoring on a site like the many sponsors we have here. Sending in 1 "customer" won't help.
 
I believe that is called spamming lol. Why post in a local Chicago board from Cali for a company in Florida.

I didnt send anyone... they Messaged me on my FB page about what they did and showed me this..... i have Tried to Sponsor a Few Forums, Seems the Admins could careless about another Sponsor so i gave up trying

Well i only came here to defend her and my self as i didn't Hire Her or Anything of that nature... She was Only doing me a Favor but i guess it back fired... So much for trying to be a Nice Customer... People always assume the wrong thing...
 
So she doesn't work for you and out of no where came to a Chicago forum to post a review yet you then state she was doing you a favor, you asked her to do this and asked her to come to this site to spread the word?
How do you think people are going to react to a new person joining a forum then the first thing they say is a "review" rather then intro or conversation on other threads?
If your a business and wanna spread the word best bet is to get involved in different forums to share your info rather then sending "customers" (business partners, whatever you wanna call them) to come outa nowhere to give reviews

No, I usually assume the right thing. I suppose the powers that be could do an IP check and investigate the possible validity of situation, but I'm having way more fun reading about Cali espionage!

You missed understood me.... She does not work for me.... She Sent me a Message on my Page about what was being said on this Forum so i came here Defending my Self and Her!!!.. she was doing me a Favor by coming here without my knowledge Posting a Nice Review about my Business... This was all done without my knowledge till now...

Randomly putting info on the inter web. Sometimes it helps business. Sometimes it makes you look like a spammer.
 
Hi everyone. I looked through this and realized how much attention it got overnight (not in the way I wanted it too, lol). I didn't mean to come across as a spammer, really meant to just post in a forum about corals, since the owner of the page recommended that for a contest he has. I don't work there or anything... really just bought something and was happy with it. Yeah, as a first post it did make me look a little fishy (no pun intended) but it wasn't posted with any bad intentions.

Anyways, nice to meet you all. :P

Just protective and always on the look out for the scammers. And your first post seemed fishey as you put it. Don't get many out of towners that weren't originally here before to join us.
 
No accusations of course, but this is the most quintessential example of Occam's razor I have ever seen. I'm shutting it down because it can't get better. Everyone is welcome as a member but legitimate vendors need to get some sort of return on their sponsorship or we won't have a place to play. Welcome or shove off, either way, if you sell for profit you need to sponsor. Thanks for the giggle though : )

Okay, I had to reopen it briefly to comment on herb's use of big words...quintessential example of Occam's razor...dude I have no idea wtf you're talking about, lol.
