Thanks for this.. This has been updated. As far as the "The hidden reef" goes, I need to find a hack that will allow me to do this based off just post.

I'm not exactly sure what your gripe is making this post? Active members gain access to an additional forum. No one that meets requirement to access the forum is excluded. It's just meant to be a fun feature for everyone and motivate participation on the site. There's no big secret "haha they don't have 1000 posts" thread or anything. Plus from the look of it, supporters gain access anyways even if they don't meet the 1000 post requirement, so you don't even really NEED to be an active poster on the site to get access.
 
You guys are posting all this about a special group you want amongest yourselves but you are posting it in the open for all to see; just like these guys posting this free stuff for all to see but it only seems to go to their buddies.

If all this stuff is only between you and your buds, including the freebies, then pm them and stop posting it for all to see. I don't think I'll even bother going to the free and sweet deals section anymore. I don't know anybody and none of it seems to be available to me because of that.

I'm tired of these fish clubs really turning out to be small pockets of friends.

Oh seriously now, come off it. You apparently have this pegged as something it's not.
 
people on here are my "friends" because I met them on here. I think everyone has really reached out whenever anyone has major problems and offered to help/made suggestions. Sure, inside jokes and missing a few posts can make you feel "outside" a little but membership should have privldges wether that is from paying or participating. (It's $20 bucks to be a member) You just have to get in the trenches and start swinging to get into a clique. I have been so happy with the inclusion on here vs. OTHER sites as well. MHO and much love.
 
I may be against this because posts that would normally be posted in public (and grow the community) may end up in a hidden forum. Just me.

I have made many friends here. I try be nice to and friends with everyone, even the people who purposely just try get into arguments.
The more open you are to making friends and being active on the forums, the more people you will know.

A person is more likely to give something free to a friend than someone who never posts, never talks on chat, never makes the effort to be active in the community. This is true everywhere. Theres probably a reason they are friends!

Everyone here is friends IMO.. Not sure why you are saying this.. You are my friend too ;) So I really don't see why you are upset regarding this issue.

Not just a little outside .. a lot outside Herbie ... :( for the last 3 months i knew most of you guys atleast by your forum name and had this invisible friendship thing going on in our newbie minds ..

if this forum separates us from you guys .. well we aint same anymore isnt it :(

Paying 20 bucks to get in there isnt a big problem .. but making us to choose between paying or getting seperated ... doesnt feel nice to me atleast .. but thats me ..
