My point was why base the special section on post count? Member only forum sites are common. 1000 posts means absolutely nothing as proven by this thread. I could have a thousand in no time. Just show people how nice I am and bam another count..just make some rude random comments and bam another one. Just post how I saw some really rude person smoking outdoors and giving all the bees and mosquitos cancer. Yuck.. Just post how the Packers are so darn good...Or post how I sold most of my material BS to retire and stay home with my son. Membership is fine but rewarding blowhards is pointless. On another note my pistol shrimp is firing away today for some reason any thoughts? Darn another opportunity for a post lost.

That was never the point... usually people with a 1000+ posts knows mostly everyone else here and hence one small section of the site for those people to speak freely. It's not like this whole site is going under lock and key of 1000+ posts. Once this thing is done and this thread is forgotten into the past this will be a non-issue and we'll be having celebration welcome threads in the Hidden Reef to those that make the requirements to basically do nothing but waste time posting cat pictures.
