same one i got

Ecotechs is the best for consitancy and strength.

Does their glue communicate wirelessly with their lights and power heads for advanced capabilities to justify the ridiculous price? I'll stick to my $6 bottle of thick gel, hasn't failed me yet.

I got about a dozen bottles free at MACNA :D
Plus I waste less due to the bottle and cap design so it would actually be cheaper.

+1 on the dollar store super glue gel. If the tip gets clogged I don't feel too bad throwing it away. 3 tubes in a ziploc pouch

I use dollar store super glue gel ... Works good ... Just dip it in a bowl of saltwater (from your tank of course) that gets the glue to firm up

i use any gel superglue found at home depot. problem is that they come in such small bottles, so i found a craft store that sells bigger bottles and got that one.

may have already been mentioned, but i tried gluing my first frag with some krazy glue that was lying around. It had a no-mess style tip that did work out well. You had to push the tip in pretty hard to get a few drops out of it unfortunately. Messy is the way to go i guess. Ended up going the marine putty route which is holding up great!

relieve my ignorance: Can you actually glue a frag to a rock with the rock in your aquarium without hurting anything? I've poured the stuff on cuts before, but would have never thought it was safe for the tank. (Gel version of course ((guess I'll have to swing by HS before the Christmas party.)))

Yep apply to frag, affix to rock, hold in place for a minute and good to go....I always turn my mp40s off so they don't blow the frag off in the first 10 min
