Let me ask y'all a question...since U.S Cellular sold their Chicago customers to Sprint, should I try sprint out, and if so, should I go with the iPhone 5 or the Galaxy S4?

S4 just came out, iphone will be refreshed in July. I wouldn't spend full price on an iphone 5 at this point in the model cycle.

Both phones are amazing. Whether one is better or not is like asking if coke is better than pepsi.

However, I am a conscientious consumer, and never buy electronics brand new; when companies are price gouging trying to make all the R&D costs back up right away.

Sprint is a solid carrier though, and their data is super fast.

I already have the Galaxy s3, and really love it, that's why I'm thinking of upgrading to the s4...since I'm being forced to change anyway. And I hear too many horror stories regarding the iphones.

I would argue that the S3 is way better than the iphone 4s. I would have to imagine the ingenuity and the interface with the s4 would be better than the 5. The small intuitive things that the S3 and S4 have do outshine the iphone series, but I am just too familiar with the interface to change myself.

On one hand, I've had 5 different iPhones (2, 3G, 3GS, 4, 5) and never had a legitimate hardware issue with any of them. I've gone thru a fair share of stock headphones but always apple has replaced them for no charge even out of warranty. IMHO all the horror stories are spoiled bishes that complain about every single little flaw like its the end of the world.

On the other hand you already have an android phone and familiar with the interface, so that alone is a good selling point to stick with what you know.

i agree.. i've been with apple awhile but i started out as an andriod guy.. but loved the apple interface better and the apps.. i say go with what ur used to not unless u want to go with something new then go apple iphone or go with the new windows phone

The new windows phones with live tiles is pretty neat. If I wasn't attached at the hip to all my apple devices I'd try it out for a year or so...

go with iphone 5 far more superior than andriod or any other mobile device

+1 to both above ..

i used 4s then wanted to try s3 but have to return it back to get an iphone 5

both are good as long as you are switching and not get attached to iphone but once you start using iphone and got used to it .. you cant go back .. it just doesnt feel right ... whatever anyone says i havent seen a superior phone than iphone ..

But S4 has 447ppi image density! Cause everyone needs to have a 5" screen to display their 1080p hd movies on... :-/

does iphone still have installulus, i wouldnt switch unless thats still up. Im actually in between android and iphone right now too, im just playing devils advocate. its a tough choice. And the removable battery and sdcard are a plus on android.

+1...It's a tough decision, but I think I may stick to what I know and go with the S4...can't really go wrong with either phone.

and to clarify, sprint didn't buy anything related to us cellular's client base, they only bought the network and told you guys to pound sand, that alone should make every single one of you guys refuse to deal with sprint.

I don't blame sprint, I blame us cellular...they sold their chicago based market(although they're a chicago based company)because they don't have the funds to upgrade the 3g towers to 4g in the chicagoland area. Sprint already have the towers, so I've heard. Does anyone know if Sprint have decent service...they all suck, but who sucks the least?

Check out the htc 1 I think its called. My cuz just got it and is liking it a lot. He was going back in forth between that and the s4. He just stop using the I phone because it is getting out dated. Droid is the way to go.
