Switching mobile service

Thanks Mike... I'm looking forward to the new phone. I'm just hearing too many mixed reviews with the service provider.

I just switched to sprint they suck lots of dropped calls i have the s3 nice phone but crap service most people i know with sprint have same issues dropped calls . Now im stuck for 2 years lol oh well

If you email/call Sprint customer service about call/text issues, they will reimburse you part of your plan as a "we are sorry" type of thing. Enough complaints and you have a case to drop out of the contract. If you can prove that their system issues are either losing you money if you use it for business, or making things inconvenient to you, then you have a case to cancel.

I have had sprint for 15 years and love it! Also if you have spotty service in your home just call them and they will send you an airave which connects to the internet and basically puts a private cell tower in your house.

Free or charge lol

So, I went ahead yesterday and switched from US Cellullar to Sprint service and the Galaxy S4...and so far, I'm truly impressed.

Sprint coverage is great where ever I go. What really seals the deal is unlimited data with no speed drops for high usage. I've had the service for upwards of 4 years and I have never had any major network disruptions. If you do go with sprint make sure you ask about any discounts, many employers receive discounts for their employees.
