Thoughts on Hanna Alkalinity Checker?

I got mine about 7-10 days after letting them know mine was bad, I think they emailed me too you might check your spam folder for that

Also, I completely agree with supercharged up in post 33, that they are just covering themselves. Like when car companies do recalls, 99% of whatever they are recalling is going to be fine. I just saw it as a free bottle :)
 
think i got mine within 7-10 days as well. weird about the new one has the same lot # as the bad one. kept the bad one, just in case, and marked it with marker. tested my tank with new hanna reagent and a salifert test. Both test results were identical.
