Bad news with a little bit of alright news.

The dsa 225 is an absolute no go at this point. My wifes exact words were "you've lost your f&$@!#g mind"

The 180 is still in the works which to me is dumb but who understands women anyway

This is some "A Beautiful Mind" stuff right here. You've got some serious time on your hands.

If you're ordering from Unique, you should probably get their "Bali Shortcake" and sell me a frag down the road. That is one of my top 5 corals.

Well adam is sending me some interceptor. If anything makes it through that dip I'll be suprised. I dumped 100% Bayer on the coral after the dip just to garuntee all the bugs were dead. The Tubbs mystic blue stag is pretty stressed right now

Woah! Good luck be this explains your color problems, no? I know James at New Fish was having issues with his 600 gallon SPS tank and noticed he had red bugs. He used interceptor and his corals took off and colored up in relatively short order.

Not so much color. That was all nitrates. These were only affecting polyp extension on one maybe 2 coral over the past couple weeks.
 
Well made my xmas list and checked it twice. I think it's a decent price considering it's an upgrade. Coming in at only $1900 and that's including new tank, skimmer and lighting upgrades

Have you thought about getting a non-reef ready tank and drilling to install some of those slick low-profile overflows (like Synergy)? My next build, which will be years away, will have something like that. So clean looking.
