May have to zoom in to see the polyps.
Don't mind the one in the back that's half dead. That's what happens when you do a 100% Bayer dip. It's coming back also

Haha I wouldn't expect you to read through all that. Lighting is 2 lumen max elite halide pendents with xm 20000k bulbs at the moment. I'll be switching back to Phoenix 14,000k. Ran by a blueline dual 250w ballast. The shallow cube is a deep blue 30 and the other is a 93

thanks! looking to upgrade to a 60 or 93 cube sometime soon, but looking at lighting options and $$$... prefer LED but doesn't seem like there are "great" options for LED for either setup

I have halides since day 1 so I know nothing about led coverage or what they are capable of but I think one of my buddies old 93 had either 2 hydra 26 or 2 hydra 52 and the light g was perfect

cool.. thats what i kind of figured for both of those setups.. but just seeing what people with more experience suggest... your tanks look awesome by the way.. definitely something to strive for on my end

Thanks for the compliment. Once I get my 180 started the 30 will be a frag tank and it will have a hydra 26 over it. Been thinking about adding the hydra to the halide and see how it does

I'm sure it will work out great... trying to do as much research as possible and figure out how things react to different parameters (if you saw one of my other posts, I can't figure out why most of my zoas are closed up) .... keep me in mind if you're looking to pass on your 93 when you get that 180 set up.... thanks again

No clue.. I have 5 colonies, 3 are mostly closed.. Got most of them at the Aq. Ex. They were good for a few weeks, but now struggling. Parameters are good, other corals are good. Not sure what's going on.
