Cornbred Frag Grow Out

Nino, those are looking great! Are you going to be around on wednesday afternoon or evening? I could swing by and take some pics if you want me to.

I still would really like to start cutting these whenever Nate is ready.

I'd start out by cutting them all in half. Let it rim out and then cut in half again. Do that again and we should have 8 frags per chalice. Gives two to spare incase something happens during fragging. If they all make it we can make super packs and recoup some cash.

Nino, do you happen to remember which is which? The one that we are calling BPC looks like it is developing green in the rim which I was pretty sure it wasn't suppose to do.

I will have to look through older post pics to checkwhich is which again, but yeah they are developing green lines on the rim.
I browsed through R2R pics of BPC Flamethrowers and I think I see small specs of green on the rims of some of em. The rims on the chalices seem wider compared to other pics I see online. I dont know if thats just my tank, but that could explain why you see a more pronounced green.

So what is your plan on cutting them Nino? Are you thinking of more than one cut per chalice or just cutting them in half first and letting them heal up? From your last set of pictures I'm guessing we are almost done with this growout if we start the process of cutting them.

Herbie, you are the man. Thanks for the pictures and for helping frag.

Nino, you are also the man for keeping this bad boys alive and being patient.

Thanks. Nate came over and took pics. Then chalices were cut in half using an Inland wet bandsaw, except the ?BPC Flamethrower? that I think were selling. Nate took half of the cuts as insurance incase my tank crashes, and to see if they would grow faster in his tank. Once they are healed, everything will be cut in half again until we have enough to share with group buy members.

Sounds like a plan. If you guys are interested in any of the stuff that I've been posting in my tank thread just let me know. Things are quite a bit cheaper out here and I'll hook you guys up. The Jawbreaker mushroom originated out here so they are abundant. Cool new zoas are coming in all the time. Chalices are tougher to find unfortunately.
