This is my first time attempting to organize something like this, I honestly have no clue what they have done in the past, and know just about as much as anyone else right now. I'm hoping to have much more information Saturday once we see some more numbers and I start calling around.

UPDATE: At Saturdays CMAS meeting I had a few moments to speak with current VP, upcoming Pres of the club Carl Kmiec, and the short conversation he seemed pretty optimistic about helping me organize this event and work on arranging it as a private tour for the area. I will be speaking with him more soon about this event, so please keep those votes coming, it's already looking pretty good and there isn't even an official date posted yet! As soon as I have a date for this, i will begin working on getting group rates for hotels for the people that want to drive up Friday and and hang out for the evening up north.
