Thanks. Can't build anything for 99 bucks and this gives me some good storage as well. If anyone needs a Sam's card let me know. They have a smaller one and a corner version too. :D

what would be the perfect skimmer for this set up? My actual volume is about 38 gallons. The one I have is just too much. It's raising my temp 3-4 degrees and just too strong. Trade down thread soon unless someone has one up north here.
 
No it's a great skimmer! Slight modification needed but is a beast. George has one for sell and if his is gone I have an extra one( I bought two) I might be persuaded to part with.
 
The mod is simple, you just cut the barbed fitting off the nozzle coming off the top of the pump. Just be sure to leave the bit that sticks up into the skimmer body to seal the opening. This post will make sense once you have the skimmer in front of you.
