No signs of anything. Just lok like a fish that's been getting taken advantage of by the cuc.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I had a similar issue with with my Kole Tang and Sunburst. I have two QT tanks going now since i had all of them in my 90 DT. I know they have ich but because it all happen so soon i'm not sure if I just missed the fact that had ich or if it was velvet. Good luck buddy.

My kole I've had for a long time. The chocolate has only been in here for a few weeks. He was healthy and eating like a pig though. Time to start feeding medicated food again just incase
 
Hmm, **** Joe, good luck!! I hope that your tank recovers and you don't suffer anymore unwelcome surprises! The only other thing I can think of is maybe talking to Tin about those isopods he had - if I recall his experience was somewhat similar - hiding and quick deaths, but then, that's the MO for a lot of fish problems...

Lol those 90° optics suck. I had massive dark spots front back and both sides lol. Gonna modify thehousings to move the plugs and change some leds then I'll put them over the tank lol
 
I got a new fish I'm picking up tomorrow, possibly 2. E-cookie if someone can guess what it is and madjoe your guess doesn't count lol
