Mark's MMreef complete rebuild

Now thats perfectly level. Are you centering the tank or are you planning on adding a frag tank or something else on the side? Looks really good thou.

+1 on the look of the stand! We talked about that when I saw you last and you deff did a great job. I don't think he was planning to center. It'll be nice to have that counter space next to the tank.

I'm glad to see we aren't the only ones who used a 2x6 on the top of the frame and 2x4 on the bottom. Some people I have shown our pics to think we goofed and made it upside down lol. Love your idea for the doors! Nice clean look! :)

Thank you.I saw you building your stand also on your thread.I got plans for this stand from RC.Yeah, some people think that I messed up too.

Tank will sit exactly the way it is.Stand is made bigger so I can accommodate all of my equipment and also hide my quarantine tank inside. In the future I will set up small frag tank right next to display on this stand.I saw this design somewhere before and I really like it.

Ya, that RC thread for building the stand is great... its long but great ideas and great blue print to follow. I can guarantee ours would not have turned out as great if it wasn't for it.

Well,I have very little time during week with my work being crazy busy but I was able to hang my new lights today.Very happy with the look so far.I just need to figure out how to attach two Kessil pedants in front of this fixture, that it will not take away from this nice look. Next I will get to cleaning my tank and pluming.I was thinking of doing hard pluming, but not sure if I really need to go this way. After that need to finish my stand.I am thinking to finish the top with black tile or granite to match my black granite counter tops in my kitchen. Some new pictures, enjoy.

Thanks guys.I went with shorter fixture mainly because most of rock will be right in the middle covering overflow.I think more than that would be waste in my case.
