i had the same problem with some of my zoas and palys.. best to just get whatever u can and glueing them on a rock or something

That what I hope to do. Make some frags at the very least, but more than likely, lose a bunch. It's alright though, there's probably slightly more than a softball sized colony in total.
 
Looks like I might be doing a tank transfer into a different tank.

I'm going to keep all of the equipment except for the tank and stand.

The replacement tank will be a 20X20X16 rimless rr deep blue tank and stand. I have a nice big bag of reef flakes that I'll use also. Looking forward to this.

Also keep your eyes open for a fs thread on this tank and stand, along with a custom acrylic tank that's never been used which fits perfectly within the stand for this tank. The custom tank has a built in overflow with a herbie setup. The return I believe is 3/4. I will have nice pics up when all of the tank transfer stuff is completed along with price.

Here is a pic of the tank after the water change and removal of the grape caulerpa scourge.
