The tank is rather new. So, raising cheato may be premature.

After small pockets of detritus build up here and there, they will have a constant stream of nutrients to feed on. With your aggressive export setup, I sure hope your planning on fish.

Agreed. Get some animals pooping in there.

Thanks guys for the advise. Yeah I planned on getting more fish. I'm not very good at fish selection, always been a clown keeper. I do know I want a black tang. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I like the electric blue damsels. For the size of DT would a black tang and yellow tang together be too much, unfair to the tangs? Currently have just the 2 frostbites and a barnacle blenny. I also have a couple more nems going in as well.

nice choice in tank =P. your sump is sooo clean. makes mine look like a sewer

You have a great setup, love the aquascape. I went with the reefer 350 to try something different versus me designing everything. Remember that its not about how it always looks, if the system isn't run properly then looks mean nothing. Its all about the quality of environment you are providing for the tanks inhabitants.

Nothing is sexier than a midas blenny. Makes sure you look at specimens from different stores.

how much biomedia did you add to the baffle? 2 qt or just a gallon? it's the MarinePure spheres right? aren't they suppose to be white? I am using Seachem Matrix biomedia now but may switch to MarinePure.

A gallon of the spheres but I also have one of the big blocks behind the skimmer. They are not really white, when you add them to water they kinda turn greyish/beige. I have always used Marinepure in every setup I have ever done. Mario@Aquatica has it in stock.
