Reddevil's Little slice of Nano Blue in the office build.

where are you presently in the project Isaac?

Right now it's sitting in the man cave, I still have to make a simple return. I found an old spray bar that I might use since I wasn't able to find some small lock-line. As for livestock I saw some items that I wanted to buy at Global Aquatics last week. I am off this weekend so I should have some final pictures this weekend. Plus I need to return your pipe bender. See you this weekend!

Hey guys and gals,

Anyone in the Lake County area have any aquarium safe silicone. Don't need a new tube or anything just a bit to finish the nano. Thanks in advance.

DAP 100% silicone rubber sealant (clear) from Menards, like $2.50 for a tube. Toss the rest when you are done if you dont need to save it.

right 5 digits of barcode 08641 on the tube

Ok Chicago Reefs here we go!!

So I have been kinda busy getting ready to start training the Navy's future Sailors and my calcium reactor set up has been IN DEPTH to say the least. But I finally had a chance to DIY return and silicone up the overflow. I also made up some smart filter's since this is a one of a kind nano.

I used 2 TLF reactor sponges and cut them in half to act as a pre fliters and I am also using plain old carbon pads and a ammonia removing media in a filter bag. Most of this you can't see but trust me it's there.

Here are some shots. Enjoy.

I am going to have a super simple and light stock. One Coral Banded Shrimp and a small nem maybe. Medium clean up crew and that's about it. I don't think that this little beauty is going to make it to the office. LOL oh well back to the drawing board!
