yeah I'm not a fan of the place... but since we will never get our outdoor range.. it will do.. beggars can't be choosers.. u don't work for Harvey do you???

It happens!!! Lol Prob wasn't narcotics. Prob tact guys in plain clothes. We are in covert cars (non police cars) mainly.

It was definitely narcotics, they told us. They were in a covert car and we had no idea they were cops till they had guns out on Brandon for getting out of the empty parking spot. Lmfao. He was just trying to get out of their way and went into the front of our car, and they thought he was running away. Hahahahaha.

There's a 25 yard, 50 yard, 100 yard ranges and also a skeet range and even 30 yard bow range. I hate with indiana laws I believe you cannot shoot handguns if you are an Illinois resident or even carry into Indiana unless you are in law enforcement or military . But if you have some nice rifles tho I like this spot. There's also a private underground range a few blocks from my house it's right on the corner of 143th st. And kedzie in midlothian, il maybe Smitty has visited here? since he is a cop but I know his police department has their own outdoor range in Harvey. Which I hear is nice.

So you can't bring handguns to this place or any place in Indiana for that matter? I remember a while back I had no problem but that was quite a few years ago. I haven't been shooting in a while because I haven't been able to afford it since I bought this **** house, between the house and the fish tank they suck up all my cash that and the price of ammo going way up. But I would like to squeeze off a few in the near future now that you brought up this thread to remind me. Thankx Z-man now you got to bring me out shooting LOL
 
Hey steve, maybe once I heal and get back on the streets, and make sure it's cool with the range officer, I'll bring you one day and let you fire off a few rounds.

Oh yeah, anything can be shot there...the range officers used to tell us, bring all your "toys"...if it can be fired, bring it.
 
Deal.......indoor or outdoor? shotguns too? I think I still have some of those hand held throwers somewhere would just need the clay pigeons
