Ok. He's definitely the biggest wrasse in the tank. He's already been chasing the flame away from his cave which is the second biggest wrasse. Doesn't seem to mind the pintail, solon, or mccoskers.

Adding a female may cause issues at ine time i had bunch of these fairys . Linneoutous a scotts a clown fairy a blue sided a labouti living together i added a flame then a female flame and hell broke loose soon as female went in the males killed each other one by one

Flame male was being protective of female and caused it to flash crazy whiched cause a chain reaction soon they were all fashing at first i was like cool looking colors then my clown aka solarius hit my labouti so hard he spent sux months upside down in my fuge before he recovered next day linneoutous eyes got eaten then the scotts killed the clown the purple sided killed tge scotts and i got pissed and sold the flame pair was a expensive week lol

I'm obsessed with wrasses! Love your species selection! May I ask where you got them from? My bday is coming up and I am planning for a pair of pin tails <3 I should say, the rest of your set up is pretty spectacular as well.

hey gabby, sorry i didn't know you posted anything because it never alerted me...i get my wrasses from all over the place (i'm bad at remember prices - i think i might actually force myself to forget sometimes so don't quote me!):

- the pintail i got from Aquapros for (IIRC) $125 which was cheaper than what they usually sell for because he was sh and would not come out
- also got the tiny terminal phase mccosker's from aquapros...that one i completely forgot how much but he is so cute being as small as he is...i think he's smaller than my helfreichi
- the Linneatus i got from Reefwise - Brian said he shows supermale colors but he listed him as a dominant because of size and sold it to me for $130 (supermales are $180)
- my solorensis i got from LiveAquaria probably for pretty cheap
- mohawk flame wrasse pair i got from ZoaCollector...he has some really nice fish but be prepared to pay a lot for shipping since he's in Hawaii and does not discount no matter how much you spend...female jumped while i was feeding :(

if i ever find one, i'd also like to get a diamondtail flasher...they're just so rare (and expensive)
 
Those all sound like highly reasonable prices. I love the diamond tails! I'm a big fan of C. Earlei and C. rosefascia too <3 the dream is an A. Femininus, but that is a long ways away! Zoa collector has pretty specimens for sure. I like picturesque aquatics specimens too!

The McCosker was $49 from Aquapros =P.
