I'm down as well. I can bring bag toss and some food. If there is lots of people coming, we can keep it simple with hot dogs and burgers. I'm down with that.

i like the ida of rca but he has no room tho. and its not like he can shut down part of the parking lot. skunkers back yard is actually bigger than the parking lot at RCA. im leaning more towards his place. burgers n dogs to keep it simple. maybe we can have mark donate some frags and raffle them off and maybe even have him come over also. i will also be providing a bean bag toss. since so many maybe we can have a small tournament. a few bucks to get in winners take all. :-) keep posting ideas guys. and more dates please so i can make a poll
 
First- Pick the day

Second- Get a count to get an idea of the number of people

Third- Pick the location based off the number of people and the day
 
+1 steves. He has a huge yard. Tables, chairs, bags, food, and beer. I would be game for RCA, but it is small and will be hot if outside. Plus, Steve has cool cars and snakes to drool over. Maybe do a meet up before or after somewhere? RCA deserves a great sale day.
 
i like the idea of a meetup before since mark doesnt stay open to late. and ill ask him about deals or whatnot. and as for day ill keep august 25 in mind and sept 8 any more dates?
 
how about september 1 its a saturday and we could do it at the house or buesse woods i think it is or a lfs cause they could sell stuff for a cheaper price than normal and people can keep some fish and corals there while we wait to raffle it off

That would be fine but I will have 2 decent sized gas grills here. And bring a frag for a raffle or something? That would be sweet to have a raffle for some frags.

I can get plenty of tables and chairs I have 2 sets of bean bags and a volleyball net I wont be able to supply the beer but can supply a small trough "110gal" so it will fit many cases of your favorite brew and ice.

I only have 1 car but I dont know if its that cool. lol

And Rosie my biggest boa @ 40lbs and a little over 10 feet and just over 20 years old just passed away last month. :Cry: But I have many more thou. Everyone is more than welcome to park by the house then car

Either day sounds good to me. Are those the only 2 dates everyone is coming up with?

This is if all decided to be at my house of course.
 
Sept 1 is labor day weekend day. Some may camp or go out of town. I bites for the 8th cause that can give us enough time to get plans set, if we got to lfs store they can make plans to have plenty of items to sell and maybe even ask vendors for items for either silent auctions or drawings!?!?!

Sounds like setting date first is good then we can figure items needed and then making plans with lfs. We are on a good path for this. Should be fun!
Now I gotta ask my wife to request that day off.
 
How about everyone bring a frag or more then one. Either bought from store or fragged from your own stock. Put each frag into its own brown lunch bag. Then how ever many frags you bring in get 1 ticket for each frag. Then once all frags are in we pick out a bag for each drag you bring in. This way everyone gets to get a frag for a frag they brought. Bring many or bring one or bring none but if you don't bring one you don't get one.
Frags can be of any type. High price/value if that's what you choose or lower value. And after all are gone if people choose to want to trade that's up to them

Ya that sounds like an amazing idea
 
Just to sleek out for some of the younger people in the crowd on September 8 we might have school and on September 9, so we most likly wouldn't be able to make it case of school nights. So weekends would work best and remember new refers will want to come and get more

You have school on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th?? Is this a new thing the schools are doing?
