Cornbred Frag Grow Out

I'm not sure about new eyes, but maybe little more growth in each chalice. The slowest grower BPC Flamethrower has a 2nd eye, maybe 3rd. little more encrustment on all of them. I've been experimenting, with moving all of my other chalices from my frag tank to my display tank and leaving the Cornbred frags in the frag tank, with every other day feedings. This was a 2 month experiment. I think the chalices in my display tank are growing faster, probably because I feed my display tank 2-3 times a day, as opposed to just everyother day to my frag tank. I tried feeding the frag tank everyday, but had a big algae outbreak just in the frag tank (plumbed to same sump as my display) because I don't have any fish, and don't have enough clean up crew in there to handle the detritus, also have less flow, because chalices and acans don't like alot of flow, which would help get rid of detritus. So I will probably just keep all the chalices in the display tank, which get's up to 3 times feeding a day, plus all the fish poop :)

That rainbow crush is looking sweet. Completely different than the piece I have. I also picked up the shock fire the other day. Looks very similar to the crush. Picture is iPhone but I'll get a decent pic with my dslr after it settles in.

I saw. Nice pick up. If the two pieces are different you interested in trading frags once they grow out a little?

That one piece that Rich didn't know the name of is probably the Atomic bomb. Similar to the Flame thrower but doesn't get the blue streaks. How are the frags doing?

They are fine, slow growing though. I'll try to update pics soon. How fast are yours growing? I want to know how fast yours are growing, because if yours are growing faster and making eyes faster in your tank, maybe we need to move these babies into a different tank.

I'll probably jinx myself but my grow out tank (set up primarily to grow these pieces) has been very stable for a while. I could take a couple of the frags to see if they grow any faster. Admittedly, I am the least experienced of the group but I am willing to take a swing if the group approves. I have one chalice that I got when mcf closed and it's about 20% bigger than then. I could start with the least valuable and see how it goes.
