I didn't even get to post a FS thread! Joe was in chat when I mentioned it, Walt said "That coral is old news, I don't want your trash"... SO Joe claimed it! Sorry =/
 
I know! But between working on my garage, my basement, and now my backyard everyday it's always something different. To many projects going on at once.
 
Sump is in place and i found out a 10g fits perfectly next to it for an ATO. Suggestions on making the switch from the upstiars sump to the downstairs sump? I'm thinking to just fill the sump in the basement and get fresh SW mixing and temp matched. Then one day when i plumb it just connect it and let it start to cycle (water draining and returning, not actually starting a cycle lol) though. I think that'd be the easiest way and not affect anything in the DT

Picked up a new fixture. It's a Nova 8-bulb. Dont know what i'm going to do yet about the canopy. I like the look of one. I dont really wanna hang the fixture. Suggestions? I wanted to do a floating canopy but i cant because there are windows behind the tank.

Also finally got my plumbing done and my RODI unit mounted. Stlil gotta get my hoses routed and cleaned up but there is a drain directly below my unit so it drains straight down.
 
Tested randomly today just for the hell of it

Calc: 350
mag:1240 (might have fck this one up)
Alk: 12.0 dkh


Anyone have hanna checkers that are willing ot test and see how accurate my readings are? Seemslike my alk keeps going up but Calc always stays the same.

Only thing i dose is Kalk in my ATO. I put 4 teaspons in a 5g bucket.
 
I dunno if i mentioned it before but my Butterfly died. After 3 weeks of eating and being happy in QT he stopped eating once i moved him into the DT. Found him stuck to an mp10 in the morning. Thinking of what to replace him with. Maybe a baby clown tang but i've heard they are hard to keep.

Also, picked up my new fuge light. Dont ask me what kind it is cause i dunno but a bunch of people on here have seen it and it is bright! lol

Started filled sump so i can get sw mixing and up to temp so i can finally plumb this thing.

On a side note, and i hate to admit this to Jay, dre, jose and the rest of u fckers, i have noticed a increase in color in all my sps with my new more powerfull fixture lol
