Planning a new system- sneak peak

I was looking to get the BM doser, but after research I found out many people had to replace their pumps quite often. Also was looking at the Marine Color and Magic Marine pumps but just couldn't pull the trigger on those. Finally decided to spend couple hundred more and get something that should last a while. GHL Prifilux has a great reputation and track record, I figured to live my motto " buy good equipment from the start, you'll save money long term "

I like the look i can picture it with corals gonna look good. Just be careful on fish selection . I went with less rock and fish seemed fine till i watched em at night fighting for sleeping territory then next day all swimming together like nothing. Just fought at night for a bed. Lol.

You're right Joe, I am aware of this. I plan this time only few small fish like few wrasses, gobies and one bigger display fish, maybe Tang or Angel. They should have enough hiding spots. If I was going for more bigger fish I would add more rock.

After debating how to hang my lights I decided to go with Artisan series lamp tree from Cad-Lights. It looks very slick, made of stainless steel.

Tank is finally in my house. I finished sanding and painting stand. Overall I am very happy with the look I achieved. Still waiting for light brackets from Cad-Lights, should be here this week. Next will be working on pluming and electrical inside stand. Once light is hang I will be finally filling it back with water. Some pictures of my stand.

The tank is looking really slick Mark!

I have a set of the cadlights light trees and they're pretty nice. I'd recommend them!

Looking forward to when you get this bad boy up and running!

Hi Dominick, by any chance do you know how far the tree arms extend over the tank? Are they at least 12 in.? I emailed CadLights twice but never got any answer from them.

Those are holes to run wires through :) , I assume your asking about the pic showing back of cabinet with light holders.
