I spent nearly two hours at Battlecorals yesterday. I could hang out in Adam's basement for days just staring at all of his amazing corals. Here is what I picked up. It's funny how the frags look excellent when I take them out of the bag and then they look terrible after I mount them. They don't like my man handling.

Hyperberry - SSC - Really excited about this one. Brightest SSC I've seen. Looking forward to bringing out this coral's potential.

Hell Raiser - Milli - The one looked amazing at Adam's, looked amazing on my frag rack, and looks absolutely terrible after I man handled it while mounting. This will be an awesome coral once it recovers.

Adam's BBGum - Milli - I was supposed to get BC BBgum, but got Adam's BBgum instead because he was unable to cut the BC BBgum. I like it as much or more.

Soda Pop - Granny - I've been wanting this for a while. He had a hard time getting me a decent sized frag because he is nearly out.

Kermit Song Granny - I was supposed to get Ice Age Granny, but he was out. This was a good compromise.

Sky Dopple - Freebie. This thing is fairly new to Adam's system, but it looks really cool. Hard to get a good pick.

Yeah, I'm pretty excited about that piece.

I woke up this morning to find two of my new pieces on the sand bed. I imagine one of the triggers was investigating the new stuff. They are really curious fish and tend to really check out new stuff. They like to move around new objects with their mouths. After a few days, they stop caring about it, but it's really important to get stuff glued down well from the start.
 
Nice stuff dude! I got a frag of that sky dopple when i went up there last, its a sweet piece for sure. I'm actually in the works of putting together another pack for myself, should hopefully head up there in the next couple weeks and get it

I didn't mind the look, but what I like about the regular live rock is that you can interlock the pieces and make a bunch of small pieces look like one rock. That's hard to do when mixing in the tonga.

once sps take over you cant really see any rock anyway :)
