The journey begins - Elos 120 XL

Did you pick up any chilli corals mark?
My dendro keeps retracting the navarchus angel picks at it

Yes, I have two right now, finally starting to see polyps come out. Yeah, Angels love to pick up on meaty LPS , you need to feed your dendros at night when fish sleep or make decision dendros or angel :( , once coral start to go downhill it is hard to rescue it .

Right now twice a day, morning and evening. I also feed meaty foods to suns and dendros every other day ( every day for new corals)

wow, that's a lot of feeding. your corals must love it! I have Reef Chili, Coral Frenzy, PhytoPlan, and Freeze Dried Cyclopeeze just collecting dut. I will start mixing them up now.

Your corals will love the extra food, just don't over feed, you have regular reef with strong light , algae might overtake if nutrients build up.

Best fish in Milwaukee, they have a lot of rock there, big, madium, small, whatever you need, i believe $2.50 a pound.

Whats the red in one of the bags?

I was on my way there today. Changed my mind half way there.
Looks like i missed out

Red seafan, yes you did miss it, looks like everyone brought their A game for this swap, a lot of very nice coral, SPS, LPS, NPS, zoas and softies. Definitely plenty to choose from.

Guess theres always next year. Was the turn out good? Not vendors but visitors? (Off topic so no need to answer)
Pls update this with your new new pieces once acclimated

Thanks mark.
Try for a macro with polyps...i love seeing close ups.
I put in my gorg last night. The polyps came out 2hrs later. But once i placed my mix of reefchilli the gorg showed its polyps. Ive now placed it where i want it and waiting for the polyps again.

Lots of feedings
