Spartanman's cube

Looks great!

What is that tabling coral, left side of second-to-last picture? Love the growth pattern

I think it's a lokani but I am not 100% sure. I got it at Beyond the Reef for $40 some bucks at roughly that size.

I've had this piece for a while now and it's been getting more and more impressive. It has a blue/purple base and it has a mix of red and green polyps throughout the colony

I always seem to forget to take photos of this guy since he's been in the frag tank, but he's starting to get a nice fat belly on him. By far my favorite fish out there. Have had him since end of summer and he's probably pushing 2". I'm hoping to pair him up in the 80 gallon.

And just for fun, a few frag tank and clown shots.

My tank has unfortunately been experiencing very minimal growth lately despite consistent, solid parameters. I do believe it's the LEDs. It's just so hard to find the right spots. Some across bleach out because of too much light whereas others are not getting enough light even though they're at the same height.

I can't wait to go back to a solid metal halide/T5 combination

My tank has really been quite frustrating lately. Despite consistent parameters some pieces look blah, some are doing well, and some are struggling. Color is great, PE seems to be pretty good. I've had minimal growth and recession in a few pieces.

I'm not really sure what to make of it.

Well figured out why some of my acros weren't doing too hot.

Yes it is. Oh well glad I found them now before I put everything into the new 80 gallon in 2.5 months.

Let the fun begin

Sorry to hear about the aefw.

Any thoughts about how they got past your screening, dipping, QT etc?

That's a great attitude to have Adam! Good Luck

I've got to have some positivity otherwise I floss interest in this hobby real fast! I'm not too bummed out because most of what I have are small frags that never truly bounced back from my mini-crash in August.

Probably due to the lack of a procedure as of late.... I've been really lazy lately. My system never really bounced back after the mini-crash and I have been focusing more on the build than this system unfortunately.
