Spartanman's cube

you think that would get a million dollars ?

hmmmm
Maybe not right away but over time sure. Sell each probe individually for $100 then the full system for like $500. Hell make it apex/reef keeper compatible and add an extra $100

I'm curious how those all in one pellets work. Let me know how it goes. It's just like GFO mixed in, right? Where does it go when it is released?

I've never used them before, but I like to stock heavy so I figured I'd give them a try.

Stopped by a local LFS and found a nice yellow fin fairy wrasse for $20. I'm going to run through the TTM. I've never done this store but it seems pretty straight forward. For those of you that have, do you add anything like Seachem Prime?

They also had a nice Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura and a tiny Genicanthus lamarck that I may go back for.

I've done TTM but use tank water from my DT. I don't add anything to the water except Prazipro on a couple of the transfers because I'm scared of flukes.

In three days, there isn't much of a chance for ammonia to build.

I'm thinking of doing a centropyge and wrasse themed tank in the 80 gallon.

I currently have a Centropyge potteri and a Genicanthus melanospilus. I was considering try to pair up the Potters or Swallowtail, but now I'm toying with the idea of going with 2 or 3 more dwarfs/Pygmys. I'd love a multibarred and golden but the last multibarred I had was a terrible nipper and from what I understand Goldens are more reclusive and shy.

I'm leaning towards a coral beauty, multicolor and maybe a flame back.

Awesome thanks! That's what I suspected but wasn't sure. In my 9 years of feeding I'm just now committing to quarantining. Mostly due to the fact that I now have the space and resources.

I've been battling some cyano and nuisance algae despite having a fuge full of Chaeto and GFO running. So I've ordered a cleanup crew from ReefCleaners.

I also visited my mom Saturday and got some more work done on the future tank.

Dam nothing in my house is that organized very nice must of took some time

I spent an entire Saturday getting just that done. I still have to plug in all the equipment....

But better the effort now than the annoyance later on. I do have to send in one of my MP40's to have the cord extended. As is its no long enough to run from the far side of the tank to the mount next to the electrical box. I wish I was electrically savvy. I'd just wrap a second set of cables and add a connector to just create an extension. But there's like 10 wires in there. I struggle enough with 2 wires...

Damn bud ..

i love how organized it is ...

Thank you! I'm a bit ocd and I wanted this tank to be a center piece of our apartment so I've put a lot of effort into making it as nice as possible! The red and white plumbing should bring it all together!

Got my order from ReefCleaners in today. Excited to see the algae go away! Despite GFO, a Refugium packed with Chaeto, and 3 MP10's I still have algae and cyano issues.

The water in the bags is pretty cold so I'm hoping they all end up being ok.

I also cleaned out the frag tank yesterday. It was getting pretty cluttered and gross in there.
